Our milk vendor, Prairie Farms, is experiencing a supply issue from their paperboard suppler, resulting in half pint milk shortages. This is not a milk shortage, but a carton/package shortage. As a substitute, Prairie Farms is supplying pantry fresh product in both chocolate and white milk. They anticipate this to last through early February. Your students may notice a difference in packaging and/or taste. While the
taste is slightly different, we have tasted it and it is comparable to other pantry fresh milks. The packaging is easier when using a straw, however, some students may have difficulty in pouring for cereal. Please encourage your students to ask for assistance if needed. Milk is a required component of the National School Lunch Program, therefore, we are not able to offer other substations. As always, there are water fountains available that students may fill their water bottles if they choose.

After reviewing data for our initial Parent Survey for the 2023-24 school year the District Improvement Team would like to as a few follow up questions. If you could take the time to complete the following survey we would appreciate it. https://forms.gle/TN8N7CnYw7Xq7mcU8
We are would like the survey completed no later than Tuesday, January 9th at 3:00 p.m. Thank you again for your continued input.
